| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

Sales tax is only applied to your order if it is being shipped within California. The sales tax rate is 7.75%. If you live anywhere else within the United States, you will not be charged sales tax. |

If you have a question about a charge on your account, you may send an email to I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. |

A copy of your receipt/invoice can be found from within your account My Account / Order Status. Simply login to your account, then click on "Print invoices." |
| When will my credit appear on my account? |

All credits generally take between 2-3 business days to be processed. For example, if a return of yours reaches our returns department on Monday, we will usually issue your credit on Wednesday or Thursday. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |
| |
Your credit card will be authorized at the time you place your order. Authorizing your credit card means that we check to see if the funds are available, the expiration date matches, the billing address matches, and that the CVV2 code matches. This does not mean that the funds have been taken from your account. After we have reviewed your order we will capture the funds from your credit card. |
