Do you ship internationally?
  Yes. Lester Catalog products can be shipped worldwide. However, products shipped outside of the United States will incur additional shipping and handling charges. Currently, international shipment come with an additional charge of $15.00 USD.

How do I create an account?
  You will be allowed to create an account with Lester Catalog when you place your order.

How do I edit my account information?
  You can edit your account information by accessing the My Account / Order Status page.
How do I return my product?
  We accept all returns with no questions asked. We accept only un-opened products within 30 days of the order date. If you order a product and don't want it, return it to us for a refund of your purchase price. We stand behind all of our products.

To return a product, please follow the return instructions on the back of the receipt that was included with your package. We recommend you insure your return as well as ship it with a company that provides tracking numbers (like UPS)[If we never receive your return, we can not issue a refund] .If your return is due to an error on our part, we will have UPS schedule a pickup of the order from you free of charge.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROPERLY INSURED. If we never receive your return, we cannot issue a refund.

In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, please contact us. Please include detailed detailed information letting us know what has been damaged and we will contact you as soon as possible. In most cases, UPS will need to inspect the damaged merchandise. Once they have determined it was damaged due to shipping, we will issue you a complete refund.
I forgot my password.
  If you forgot your password then you will need to visit our password retrieval page. You will need to enter the email address you used to create your account and we will then email you your password immediately. The password retrieval page can be found here.
I received the wrong product.
  If you received an item you did not originally order, please contact us within 48 hours from the time you received your order at 1.823.0289. Failure to contact us within 48 may result in us not being able to credit you properly.
What is your return policy?
  Returning your item is easy. Simply return your unopened catalog to us and receive a full refund.
When will my order ship?
  Most orders ship within 24 hours. Orders placed over weekends, or holidays will not ship until the next business day.
